Designers are awesome. They make cool shit that works and looks great. If we want to live in a world full of cool shit, we need many more great designers.
Today's world suddenly became very ugly, and we need to change that. Maybe it's because design has become much easier, and everyone can do it, which is great, but that automatically caused the appearance of many shitty designers. A great designer is much more expensive than a shitty one, so a lot of low-cost companies hire cheaper designers because the masses don't care that much about great design.
The only way out of this ugly (hehe) situation is to make the mass consumer able to distinguish great design from a shitty one and force companies to produce well-designed things. So, if you are reading this, maybe go and buy a copy of The design of everyday things or go to lawsofux.com and read a little about design :)
